Clinical Leadership
Dr. David Pavasko, DMD
Dental Director
Dr. David Pavasko, DMD, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1988. He then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Montefiore Hospital and received a General Practice Dental Residency Certificate in 1989. Dr. Pavasko has been in private practice since 1989 and serving patients with intellectual disabilities since 1996. He has chaired and sat on various dental advisory committees for numerous insurance companies, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Public Health. Dr. Pavasko has been the Dental Director for three insurance companies throughout his dental career. Additionally, since 2010, Dr. Pavasko has been an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and offers office-based clinical instruction to fourth-year dental students involving the care and treatment of patients with intellectual disabilities.
Operations Leadership and Management Team
Lisa Deane, RN
Director of Operations
Lisa Deane, RN, earned her nursing degree from Warren County Nursing Program in 1995. Lisa joined PMHFOS in 1996, as a member of Passavant Memorial Homes’ Nursing Department, where Lisa was responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating the clinical care of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. In 2002, Lisa transitioned to the PMHFOS entity of PDC Pharmacy as Medical Records Coordinator, providing support in many areas of pharmacy operations. Lisa joined the Accessible Dental Services team in 2016. In her current role as Director of Operations, Lisa strives to make all patients feel comfortable and have a positive dental experience.
Nicole Worley
Operations Manager
Nicole Worley graduated from Rosedale Technical Institute with a degree in Automotive Technology. Nicole joined PMHFOS in 2013 as a direct support professional, providing direct supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs in community residential homes. Nicole then transitioned to the Hartman Vocational and Employment Center of PMHFOS, where she became the Manager of the program. From there, Nicole transferred to the Fiscal Department of PMHFOS prior to joining Accessible Dental Services. In her current role as Operations Manager, Nicole manages day-to-day operations across all of Accessible Dental Services’ locations, as well as projects related to scheduling, process improvement, and efficiencies to help continuously provide exceptional dental services to the patients Accessible Dental Services is privileged to serve.
