Since its incorporation in 2000, the Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation has continued to improve services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities. Through the Foundation, Passavant Memorial Homes has raised funds to expand dental services to outlying areas in western Pennsylvania through the purchase of a mobile dental unit, restored and replaced the stained glass windows in the Fruth Chapel located on the Rochester campus, created a recreation area which includes a pavilion, tennis and basketball court and other projects. Recently, a playground and aquatic area benefiting children with autism spectrum and associated disorders has been constructed on the Rochester campus.
